This training series consists of six, one-hour programs:
This training series provides parents with information regarding educational issues that impact their child's access to the curriculum and academic achievement. Parents are encouraged to view each program and then talk with their child's educational team to answer questions specific to their child. Parents, teachers, and other members of the educational team, work together as partners to provide children with disabilities a free and appropriate public education. This partnership is vital to ensuring that there are schools for all children in the Los Angeles Unified School District. System Requirements This training series is available for viewing online. Each one-hour program is divided into several segments according to topics. QuickTime is required to view the program segments.
